Blasting
Here at Viking Solutions Inc, we pride ourselves in a complete white blasted surface, which is designed to remove all impurities from surfaces safely and efficiently. With our specialized process and experienced team, your equipment can look brand new again. Our blasting services are offered using different blasting media:
Sand
Crushed Glass
Paint, rust, and dirt – everything can be efficiently cleaned without causing any damage to the existing material. Using a blasting process that uses 100% dry air, you won’t have to worry about moisture seeping in or flash rusting.
Wet Blasting
In addition, Viking Solutions Inc offers wet blasting service (summer months only). This specialized blasting process involves water with a flash rust additive, which not only prevents any flash rusting, but also minimizes any warpage to thin metal substrates such as car bodies, panels, etc.
Ceramic Coating
With over 15 years of experience in the trade, Viking Solutions Inc is your trusted partner for quality ceramic coating services in Grande Prairie and surrounding areas. We use Cerakote for our high-temperature ceramic coating, which is great for exhaust, headers, turbos, etc. We even have ceramic-coated fire pits.
Cerakote is formulated to withstand temperatures of 1800 degrees Fahrenheit, with spikes of 2000 degrees Fahrenheit, and thermal shock from those temperatures directly into water with no adverse effects. Viking Solutions Inc stocks Glacier Black and Glacier Silver, which both retain their sleek satin finish in the most extreme environments. We can bring in other colours if requested.
